Simba's meow blew out the speakers my work PC! Good luck with the swimming. I'm jealous of the snow in the Midwest. It's cold here, but there's no snow. It's actually sunny. Drats!

I'm finally caught up on all the podcasts. You've been busy!
As for Tri training, you can do it I'm sure. I haven't even started yet and I know its going to be tough to juggle training time for all 3 sports, but we can do it!
