I'm so with you on Crash. I too missed it when it was in theatres, mainly because I waited too long and it was gone. I'm keeping fingers crossed that it makes a good showing tomorrow morning when the finalists are announced.

Re: your podcast. Something that helps me get my workouts in is writing my workout goals for the week on my wall calendar (i.e., if Tuesday's goal is to run 4 miles, I write 4 miles in that square). After I've completed that workout, I put a sticker on the calendar. There's something immensely satisfying about seeing a week full of stickers.
