I finished the 10k!!!
Time: 1 hour, 6 minutes.
Overall it went very well, although I was in desperate need of a water break between miles 3 and 4. The course was very scenic,with nice views of the lake and the city once we turned around and headed back up north.
During the final 3/4 mile, at which point I was certain that I would finish, I started to get reflective on how far I have come from when I started this running thing back in August. That bit of reflection pushed me that final stretch and I finished strong.
Up next: Half Marathon!!!!!!!
