Worked sucked today. Completely overwhelming. And I lost that case that came down. I knew I would, but that doesn't make it suck any less. Third loss this week. Oh and yesteday I got the latest post-conviction petition from one of my client’s in which he raises an issue of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel. (that would be me).
