Today Betty and I ran about 3 miles. My body was rejecting it a little bit. I think it was the two days in a row that were the problem. That's all I have to say.
That's good that you're getting back in the groove.. I started running back to back days last December when I was trying to increase my mileage. I ended up getting hurt. Since then I've been running with 2 days rest. It's been working well..
Keep running.....or else the police will catch up..

you rock! What counts is that we were out there tearin' it up! Now you have two days to rest before you put your Roadrunner shoes back on.
